It’s the place you go if you’re looking for a room to rent or you have a room you want to rent out, either in your own home or a rental property that you own. We have been working with Matt and Rupert (a couple of wannabe, ageing rockers) since August 2009, and the company goes from strength to strength, recently breaking into the Top 10 list of most popular property websites in the UK - and we’d like to think we had a little bit to do with this meteoric rise.
